Our options for delivery
We provide two types of delivery: standard (2-4 days) and next-day (1-2 days). Please see the list below for third-party vendors.
We’re really busy right now, and we’re working extremely hard to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Once your item is on its way to you, you’ll receive an email with courier tracking information. Please use this to check on the status of your order.
Delivery for Christmas
Standard Delivery and Click and Collect orders must be placed by midnight on December 20th.
For next-day delivery, place your order by midnight on December 21st.
Personalised items may take a bit longer to arrive, but we’ll let you know if there’ll be a delay. To ensure Christmas delivery, our last order date for Personalised items is December 17th.

Due to their more remote locations, some sections of the country may incur extra delivery rates.
Items designated as ‘Third Party Source Delivery’ are typically delivered within 2-4 working days, but this can vary depending on the supplier. You will be contacted individually regarding a delivery slot for Made to Order Furniture orders. Please be aware that our vendors only deliver to the United Kingdom’s mainland.

Orders from third-party vendors
Some furniture and storage products are shipped directly from our suppliers and can take up to 15 working days to arrive. On our product pages, you’ll see an approximate delivery time. Alternatively, an estimated delivery time can be found on your order confirmation. Furthermore, for third-party supplier orders, the provider may contact you roughly 48 hours prior to delivery. A cancellation fee will be charged if a delivery date has been agreed upon but the delivery has not been accepted on that date. Some providers do not deliver to certain postcodes, but we will notify you if one of our suppliers is unable to do so. Please keep in mind that our providers mostly deliver to regular UK postcodes. Exceptions may be possible, however additional expenses will apply based on the item’s weight and dimensions. In these instances, you’ll be contacted for the additional charges and have the right to cancel if you do not accept.
Delayed orders
Our delivery pledge is contingent on the product(s) you ordered being in stock and us receiving payment; nevertheless, if we are unable to ship to you immediately, we will contact you.
It’s possible that our courier won’t be able to deliver your delivery on time due to circumstances beyond our control, such as exceptionally bad weather or a broken-down vehicle. We can only apologise for any inconvenience this has caused, and we will keep you updated on the situation.
What happens if I am out?
Some carriers and orders require signatures upon delivery, and if no one is available to accept delivery at the listed delivery address, the parcel will be returned to your local delivery depot with instructions on how to arrange redelivery. Keep an eye out for the courier’s email and text messages.
