Product Pricing
Grayla Nixon is a multichannel retailer with a best practise pricing plan in place to maintain pricing uniformity across all of its sales channels.
However, a product or promotion that is accessible via one sales channel may not be available through all sales channels.
Bulk pricing (where a product is sold at a cheaper unit price when purchased in bulk) is available on select goods through the website and the telesales team, but not through the stores or the in-store buying facilities at this time.

Purchase Of Goods

The following is the order procedure:
- Goods stocked in our main warehouse are subsequently picked up by our chosen carrier and dispatched according to our Delivery Options.
- It may take a bit longer to transport items that are supplied directly from our suppliers (typically furniture or bigger machinery). They will contact you directly to schedule delivery. Please read the Delivery Options section above for the Direct from Supplier area.
- The order will be submitted for payment when you click the ‘Make Payment’ button in the payment screen of the checkout procedure.
- You may be requested to input some extra payment verification data from your credit card provider before the order is submitted to us.
- You will receive an email acknowledgment after you have seen the order confirmation page, verifying the specifics of each product in your order.
If there is a problem completing your order for whatever reason, we will advise you by email or telephone as to why it was unable to be completed. This may be due to one of the following factors:
- There was a mistake in the description or pricing of the goods on the website.
- One of the items in the order is currently unavailable.
- Due to financial constraints, we are unable to accept full payment for your order.
- You failed to comply with your duties under these terms and conditions.
- If the item you are purchasing is a bladed item, the following regulations apply: It is illegal to sell knives, knife blades, or any other goods that might be construed as an offensive weapon to anybody under the age of 18 under the Offensive Weapons Act 1996. Please be advised that before your item is dispatched, Grayla Nixon will check your age. Products purchased on the website may only be delivered to one of our shops, where you will be asked to provide evidence of age when picking up your order.
- Some goods have a quantity limit, and some can only be delivered to the address associated with your payment method.
Cancelling Your Orders
If you engage into a Contract with Grayla Nixon as a consumer, you have the right to cancel the Contract at any time within fourteen (14) working days of receiving the Products. You have this right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations of June 2014, and in line with our Delivery & Returns Policies, you will get a full refund of the price paid for the Products.
You can exercise your right to cancel by sending an email to Support@graylanixon.co.uk or by downloading and filling out the model cancellation form.
At our discretion, Gralya Nixon has the right to cancel orders. If we have to cancel an order, you will not be charged.

Please be aware that by agreeing to these website conditions, you are presumed to have read, understood, and accepted to our complete Returns and Refunds policy.
Orders for customised items, which cannot be withdrawn after they have been received since they are tailored for you and may already be in production as a result of your purchase, are an exception.
Methods Of Payment
Payment may be done using credit/debit cards or through Paypal at this time.
For orders placed on the internet, cheques are not accepted as a payment option.
You may pay for your purchases with any major credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch). When submitting payment card information via the Internet, Grayla Nixon clients may use secure servers to provide the utmost level of protection.
All credit/debit card purchases are subject to the card issuer’s standard validation and authorization processes. We also have extra Credit Card Fraud Prevention systems in place to keep you safe. Grayla Nixon shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery if the issuer of any payment card refuses to authorise the payment to us for whatever reason.
Your PayPal account may be used in two ways to pay for your order. You will be offered the PayPal pay in three option for select goods or orders above £30. You may also use your PayPal account to pay for your entire order in one go. We will not accept your order if PayPal refuses to authorise payment or if our anti-fraud checks are not adequate, and we will not be accountable for non-delivery.
Promotional Discounts
Unless otherwise noted, Grayla Nixon coupons, discounts, and promotional discount codes are only valid for use on the Grayla Nixon website.
All offers are subject to availability, and Grayla Nixon has the right to cancel any offer at any moment. Some specials on the site may not be combinable with others, in which case the best offer will be applied to your order.
Discounts on a Scale

Delivery is completely free.
When applied at checkout, the discount will match the cost of delivery to a specified nation. There may be a fee for shipping to other countries.

Missing, Incomplete Or Damaged Orders

Please keep in mind that if you purchase several items, they may be sent from different places and arrive at different times. Personalised Products
We are unable to accept returns of customised items or presents unless they are defective, since they are made particularly for you. Once your purchase has been finalised, we cannot provide a refund or cancel it unless the product has developed a problem within a reasonable period of delivery or was delivered damaged.
If you make a mistake when placing a customised order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to rectify the situation. However, because the product may already be in production, we cannot guarantee that any revisions will be successful.
We will not publish anything that is obscene, whether it is an image, a photo, or text. We reserve the right to refuse to produce or ship your order if it contains content that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, contains profanity, in breach of confidence, or in breach of privacy.
We shall not be held liable for any copyright violation on photographs you supply for personalization unless you hold the rights.
